I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Hello, I can't find any detailed comparisons of these two grinders.

X-Pro seems to be a newer model that uses different burrs (while the JX and JX-Pro have the same burrs) – promotional material says "The new heptagonal burr produces consistent grounds and is suitable for pour over with a light and sweet flavor profile." C.f. JX-Pro which is advised for both filter and espresso

They are similarly priced here (Australia). I am grinding for filter. What is recommended? Thanks a lot!
